Can some one tell me what type this guy is??

I think hes a Leopard but I'm not sure.

I don't think this guy (if he is a turq) I don't think hes a normal red turq. I've never seen one with this kind of coloring. It doesn't show in the picture but he has vary bright blue fines. I have three other turqs and none have this kind of coloring.
