Let me start by off by apologizing, this post is not about Discus, but I didn't know where else to go for good information. I have a 30g tank with about 15 guppies in it and the water has become very cloudy. I tested the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels and all at about 0. The water seems to be getting very cloudy, is this a bacterial bloom? I added about 8 new fish last week. I do a 20% water change about twice a week and have very good filtration. Any ideas, suggestions, or input would be greatly appreciated.

Cloudy water is a sign of your biological trying to catch up with the new fish load. That also happens when you clean too much of your filters at once. Give it a few days to catch up.

Additional aeration may help.

Yes, it sounds like a bacteria bloom. The filter just needs to play catch up and then it should disappear on its own.

Thats kinda what I figured, it was a bacterial bloom. My temp is at 75, should I kick it up a few??

I would leave the temperature alone.

You said your nitrates were 0 but you should have at least some of a nitrate reading if your filter is cycled.
