Seems i read that blue knights historically have had poor fertility. or was it some other blue somethings....
Sorry , i am at work and don't have the time to research this.

Haven't heard that Paul, but I have heard that Blue Diamond males take longer to mature sexually..

The problem with Blue Knights has been noted tht because of the huge size of some males, they have difficulty fertilizing the eggs. It a matter of positioning, not potency.

Usually it takes the Blue Knight males approx. 2 years before they are ready, there is nothing wrong with their fertility as Matt wrote, they are huge fish and difficult for them to position properly to fertilize the eggs.
Good luck

Thanks ,
those are the answers i was looking for and recalled. just needed verification.
I have a 2.5 year old solid blue female from BT parents that will lay eggs, just not pair up. i really would like for her too.
I was going to buy some Knights and diamonds to see what happens.
now i am not sure. they are younger i believe.
thanks
Paul
