knife fish

I recently put 2 Knife fish in the tank with some discus, I heard they are gentle fish, but after some time, I noticed some discus had tip of the fin chewed off, I wonder if the knife fish did it, how can I stop it,is there any one tried put knife fish and discus together, please give me some advice.

I don't think you can keep knife fish with discus. They are night hunters and they will grow big too.

I don't think your discus can sleep at night.

The elephant nose kife's should be ok the others you may run into issues with.
