Got me some discus!

Hubby got these from a coworker that didnt' want to bother with the WC these guys need. They don't look "amazing" but I have also seen worse!

He was told that the big one is a White Face Marlboro
Then there is the turq and then a PB - these two look a little stunted to me but I wouldn't count on my opinion on that for anything!

What do you think - do they still have some hope to get to a fair size?
We fed them and last night they ate like pigs! This morning they at but just kind of picked at the food (which was the same - blood worms).

The white one looks to have some good potential... as it is , its not a bad looking fish at all...pretty decent shape.. and interesting colors..

The other two...lots of food, TLC and they could turn out okay...They look a bit on the stunted size at this point and their shape is not the best....that said I have seen worse do pretty well with good care...

It would be interesting to follow their development under good care..maybe put a post here..

They look still small and don't look stunted that bad, at least to me. I think you should be able to bring them to a large size but probably not their true potential but you never know!
