So I checked out all the recipes and looked to see what I had and made my own beefheart.
Of course the beefheart,
boiled baby spinich
fresh albacore tuna (in the packet with water, not the can)
1 egg
garlic (fresh)
1 smashed up kids flinstone vitamin (i've heard of people feeding these to oscars and its all i've got besides centrum which is hubbies)
spirulina flakes and
NLS pellets
and processed in the food processor and damn if it didn't smell delicious! My dog was at my feet licking her chops lol I think it was the garlic that I liked lol
