I'd give it 24 to 36 hours to see if the fish's own immune systen can fix the problem, water needs to be prefect. Then any real antibiotic that's easily absorbed into the fish M2 works well, TC or Furan work well also

I agree with Graham just do some good wc and see how it goes if no improvement use a good antibiotic.
