My son is finally strong enough to hold on to the pole even when a big fish bites..as illustrated in the top pic.. Here's the fruit of his rewards..

LOL Reid, I know because I remembered once seeing a pic of you holding a fish on a boat...it's why I made that comment of "gone fishing" on the other thread.:D Glad you guys have a fun day at the beach and you have a very good looking son my friend, I'm super envious of you in that department.:p

reid..your son is very cute..your fish however..isnt quite as nice as a discus...big mouth..bulgy eyes..wheres the salmon? what kind of fish is that?

Thanks everybody!! It's a blast taking your kid out to fish. I just try to get him to enjoy the things I love to do. He even likes to help me with my water changes!!

April, I edited the post and added the names of each fish. Yes, they do have bulgy eyes but they're cute in their own regard.:D

Sorry..no salmon this far south. You could probably catch some near Kenny's neck of the woods.

Camden, being in GA I bet your beach fishing is a heck of a lot better than our beach fishing. We don't have BIG RED DRUMS that you could pull in along the gulf coast.. now that's fishing!!

Heh true. Now if only we could get those Big Red Drums and pull them in the Amazon River Basin. :D
