Could Hikari Tropical discus food to cause constipation?, I have noticed no the same heaces driving as when I use BHM

Any food can cause constipation if they eat it too quickly. Use some epsom salt.

Thanks, I have notice that spinach in BHM helps a lot to avoid constipation in some grade

I have been using this food and it is great. NO stomach bloats etc.

Even the most finicky discus have started eating them. They accepted this food from day 1.

Hikari discus food, over the past few months, has caused no problems with my fish. Sometimes a few of the dominant fish get more than their share and their stomachs bulge; nevertheless, no problem arises. I like the stuff, and it's 54% PROTEIN! :)

Soaking it before feeding may help a little...
