Going for trip....

I will to the other country for 20days in this summer.
However, I would like to know is it okay for my discus to have no WC
in these 20days?

(I have two tank, 10g and 55g)
My discus are at the 10gal tank.
If I go to trip, should i move them to the 55gal one?

if that is so you have to move him to the larger tank (at least) anyway, and find some company for him as well...

Discus in a 10 gallon tank sounds like too small of a tank. What size are these discus and how many are in there? Well anyways transfer them to the 55 because a bigger tank will take longer for the water quality to go bad.

10 g tank is too small for discus and the water can go bad in very short time if no water change is done.

For a large tank, it can be done. I have a 125 g tank and the last time I was on vacation for 5 weeks, no major problems. I have a lighter load (10 discus for the 125 g) and I fed them with an auto feeder twice a day lightly. Before going, I made 80% WCs daily for few days leading to the vacation.

I would keep the light off until you get back. This will keep them calmer and more relaxed while you are gone.
