Strain of fish : Spotted Eruption/ RSG

Age of fish : 5 months

Size of fish (SL) : 4 inch

Length of time in your possession : 3-4 months

This fish was : Acquired from another source

Just wanted to get some feedback on these guys..
These were bred by
Kaceyo and once again the
Parents are a Wayne NG
Spotted Eruption x RSG..
The 9 bars are starting to color up pretty good but it looks like the 14s are going to take a while.......
I have 9 of them in a 65 gal. tall and perform WCs twice
per day @ 50% each time..

Hi Mark,
Since these are too small and too many to formally judge, I'm moving your post to general where everyone can give you some feedback to the question.

hth,
al

ps... yes... IMO they have lots of potential and are a great looking group of juvies. Nice work Kacey :) on some nice homegrown stock... we need to get you shipping :) :)

Thanks for the kind words. I think Mark deserves much of the credit here as he's been caring for them for quite awhile and grew them into what you see in the pics. Great job Mark.
Thanks,

Kacey

By me it is hard to judge at this time. They are of nice round shape with relatively small eyes. Pattern is vanishing near the tail but they are still young and this defect may disappear when your fish become adult. At least two of them are not snakeskins so you owe two different strains of discus.

I think the 14 bar fish look really, really nice. They appear to have great shape. Hopefully they'll color out some more as they grow. Keep us updated as they get older. It's always nice to see how fish turn out.
