Hey Guys ~ does your anti-virus run and scan when your computer is off?

Or only when it is on? I have scheduled times and dates and I was wondering if it does it's thing when my computer is off?

Your computer needs to be on for the scan to take place so set your scan time when you know that your computer is on.

The reason I asked is sometimes when I boot up my computer, it looks as though my scan was already in progress....hence the reason for my thread:p

never be afraid to ask a question......virus scan started when you boot, thats why it looks like it has been running....cheers;)
