breeder tank water works

HI, I have been using water from my main tank(heavily planted w/UV) to fill my breeder tank, for the sake of matching parameter between the two tanks. My tap water has neutral PH 7.0, and my tank water(both main tank and fry tank) are slightly toward the acidic side(6.5-6.8).

My questions is, when can I use "treated tap" water to fill my breeder tank during a WC, by treated I mean just multi-purpose decholorinator and areated for ten minutes.
