Need to move my discus

I have my Discus in a 110 gallon tank. I really need to disinfect this tank to rid the algae from the silicone seams. The uv sterilizer I recently bought keeps algae from forming in new places but it creeps out from the seams across the tank floor. I've scrubbed and scrubbed but can't get it all. Do you think it would be too stressful to move the 7 adults to 75 gallon tank for a day or two while I disinfect this tank, or should I leave them longer and not move them twice in a week??

Hi Sue,
As long as the water is comparable in the two tanks you can flip discus from tank to tank many many times... They'll be fine.:) I'm always moving discus and tanks around here.
