discus sudenly thin

Ok i just got home from work and one of my red marlboros is thin it was fine last night after the water change last night and looked ok before work.i just added some cardinal tetras to the tank but they where in qt for 6 weeks and i did metro and prazi with them what could it be please get back to me asap or pm me .

Hi, is he/she eating? What does the poop look like and... have you dewormed? Temp? water parameters? Does the fish seem stressed with the high activity of tetras in the tank? Hiding, facing the back of the tank?

ok whatever it was is kinda better it just freaked me out eating black worms ok but not the tetra bits it may be afraid of the tetras but i dought it if anything it may be the swords but i am moving them later today.
