I've been keeping discus for a long time, but we all need input at times.
I just bought two young RGD's that I would like to eventually mix with some albino yellow gold that I have.
Presently the two are in a QT tank, took a couple of days to get them to eat but things seems alright now.
The slightly larger one kind of bullys the other, I know it's not great to only have two but that's how it is at the moment till QT is over.
Question is: would you put a divider in the QT or leave them as is?

Thx Dave

How big is the QT tank and is their anywhere for the Discus to hide? Is the one being bullied still eating?

I would, just to keep the stress of being picked on all the time from causing future problems for the underdog. (underfish?)

Hey Debbie, yes he is eating but of course the other one tries to interfere every time I feed.

Hey Kacey, I'm thinking about it thx for the input.

I would as well. if you can make it a screen one so they can see each other.

I think you'er right Al got a crate divider, I,m going to stick it in.
I think these two are male even thou too young to tell, but they both have striations on the forehead and not quite as red as females RGD's I've seen.
I have a couple of more coming in two weeks, hopefully females.

Thx Dave
