discus cant swim

what can cause my discus to not be able to swim he flopped around and laid on his side at the top i treated with maracyn and he got better the tank has 0 nitrite and 0 ammonia im stumped as is my local fish store he showed no other signs of problems.

it could have spooked and lnocked itself, maybe. Is it ok now?

ya he seems to be ok now his color is a little dark though and what is lnocked

I believe it was a typo, but he probably meant knocked around.
