This is my Discus' fifth spawn and they are looking after the eggs really well. The eggs are about 36 hours old, and have turned from golden coloured to transparent. What does this mean?

When eggs are fertilized they begin to turn dark after about 36-48 hours. You will first notice a black dot in the center then the eggs progressively get darker until you see a small tail wiggling. Give it the rest of the day but I think they may not be fertilized.
