discus fighting

i have 5 discus, 3 small one and 2 medium sizes, the 3 small ones are attacking the medium sizes, the eyes of the medium discus are already whitish, i think it is because of the others biting it. what can i do? what can i out to heal the eyes?

Try putting a divider between the larger and smaller fish like eggcrate that alows them to see each other. In time they should become more used to each other and the divider can be removed. Keep the water nice and clean via plenty of wc's and the eyes should clear up on their own.
