That looks like a prolapsed anus........Not a good thing, It may retract but I don't think there's a thing that you can do for it

I agree with Graham, sorry. About the only thing that can be done is to add some acriflavine to the water, 1 drop a gallon, just to try and keep any infection from the prolapse away.

Give the fish a chance to heal itself and it may ...good water and hopefully it won't get infected on the outside

should i feed? Should i move him and treat w/acriflaven? Tell me please. I have spent sooooo much time and $ on this guy. Wow...:(

I'd leave it where it is and add acriflavine to that tank. The acriflavine is optional, pristine water conditions is whats really needed. Feed the tank lightly, but wait a day first.
