Only Beef Heart

Hey all, question from a newbie, I was wondering if I only to feed beef heart to my fish, could I use raw meat or anything other? Let me know some of the food's you use. Also how's about meal worms? Thanks all.

frozen brine shrimp and frozen blood worms are good to feed, discus love them. The Hikari brand is a good brand to buy.
