what med after flagyl

Hi all, I have two fish that I have in a QT tank and have dosed with flagyl for over 10 days but their poop is still not normal, which medication would you recommend I switch to? I have dosed 500mg per 10 gallon and did a 50% water change each day prior to adding meds......I also raised the temp to about 91-92 and added salt.
Any advice is appreciated. The fish haven't eaten in about a week or more and I am getting worried about them.
