I need a good fertilizer

I need a good fertilizer that won't hurt my discus. Any recommendations??

Need a bit more info to really help but....

Seachem flourish and Seachem Flourish Excell are a good combo

Here are some pictures of the plants I have in my tank. Sorry I couldn't tell you the names of most of them. Some are starting to look a little damaged and some are turning slightly brown (there is some brown algae on some leaves).
