Is there such thing as Sodium Thiosulfate overdose? What will be the side effect? Can it kill?

You could over dose it by 10 and still not have any ill effects on the fish.

Yes, if you place a fish in 100% sodium thiosulphate it will die.
However, the concentration in water at which it will become toxic to your fish is very high, higher than you would even accidentally be dosing.
