How many days to bring the sponge back to the breeding tank after the wrigglers are free swimmers?

After they attach. I cover mine with white stocking and leave it in the tank.

Any risk to leave the sponge without any white stocking after 3 days of attaching?, there are some micro bio like rotifers in a cured sponge that they would like to eat, but cause this to wrigglers to lose parents?

Once they attach to the parents, you should have no problem with the sponge. I would rather have the fry eat from the parents only and then introduce BBS or first bites. I wouldnt rely on them eating from the sponge. Let them have a day of full attachment and then add the sponge back but make sure you are changing the water and keeping it clean, same parameters and temp.

I do a massive water change prior to wigglers becoming free swimming. Once all are free swimming I lower the tank water to just above the dorsal and remove the sponge. I shine a bright light above the tank and the fry normally attach within the hour. The next day I add back the sponge filter and slowly start to add water back to the tank. By the 5Th day after free swimming I have completely refilled the tank. During these first 5 days I only feed frozen blood worms and live California Black worms. Between day 5 and 7 I start the baby brine shrimp feedings.

Ok thanks both, another question, do you use the sponge with the plastic tube inserted or removed?
