Why are eyes starting to cloud

Hi
I noticed one of my fishes eyes just starting to cloud.He seems to still be still eating well and swimming around fine.His color seems to have also darkened a bit.Ive done a water change.Should I start to add a medication to stop this from going futher,and is there a recomendation?Any feedback will be most appreciated.

Steve, difficult one to say if you should add meds straight away. Cloudy eye is usually triggered by water quality as can darkening etc. But it can also be bacterial (internal usually but not exclusively).

I would see how it goes for a day or so before using meds.
