Superbowl party recipies!!

Heres a couple of easy ones...

Tortilla chip dip

1 lb ground beef
1 jar of salsa (any type ya like)
1 can of refried beans
8 oz of velvetta cheese

Brown the ground beef drain. Add salsa an refried beans and cheese. Stir till cheese melts. keep warm in a slow cooker.


Easy Ritz cracker spread

Put 1 block of philly cream cheese on a plate and pour whatever salsa you want over the top. Use a knife to spread this on Ritz crackers!

We also do hot wings, large italian bread grinders, chicken enchiladas. etc...

This will be the first Superbowl game I'm going to get to watch. It's been 14 years of working Sunday nights. May have to invite a few of the fish nuts over and have a good ole shrimp boil.
