formalin and quick cure

while treating fish for bacteria and parasite can you use formalin and quick cure together?

i know quick cure is 1 cc per 10 gallons and ive heard people doing 2cc per 10 gallons. for 8 hours max then do a 50 percent water change

what do you do for formalin (on its own that is without the mixture of quick cure?)
