Discus feeding 101

Hello I just purchased my first discus about a week ago he is a blue diamond about 2 1/2'' I was wondering how often do you feed juveniles? And is it ok strictly feed them brine shrimp or should I mix in blackworms as well?

They need a varied diet. Read some of the stickys in the food section here. Pellets, flake, frozen, live, beefheart, etc. I use everything.
