Blue? I have ta tell ya Paul. It doesn't sound to appetizing!!

My wife wont touch it if it has any pink in it at all...I on the other hand wont touch it unless its pink! :D :D

An old freind of mine came over for dinner for the first time when I lived in Texas. I had some nice rib eyes picked out. He came walkin in the kitchen commenting on how nice they looked. I asked him how he liked his cooked. He points to em an says "just like that."

My kind of guy !
Warm on both sides and mooing in the middle !
It sounds kinda gross but it's the blood that makes it taste good, if you cook it all out, you've ruined the steak !

Just rub it in Michelle!!

T-bones, rib eyes, porterhouse steak is as expensive as lobster up here!! $10.99 a lb... I personally would much rather have steak.

When ya spend that kinda money on a steak, you definately dont wanna grill it to long!! ;) :D

As long as its not moving around on the plate, I will eat it. :)

Glad I could make you jealous, Mark! Hehehe

Lobster isn't an issue for Craig and I. Neither of us can eat any kind of fish or seafood! This is truly a safehouse for fish!

Cooked on flames and coals.... sear in the juices a few minutes... The redder the better...warm red is great...but cool red works also :) ....and enjoy with a nice dry red wine.. or a hearty stout.
