Wipe down

I read that people wipe their tanks down, what do they mean ???
Do you just wipe the top part when yoy do water changes?
or do you sponge the whole tank?

...to literally wipe down the entire inside of the tank, removing the surface slime that can build up. My two BN plecos do it for me so I don't have to. Some people do it, some don't.

I do it once a week. Pleco are nice to have IMO.

I do it weekly just using the magnets...then a water change
