Hi Harriett, How have you been?? Yes Andres came through he took me out to dinner. It was nice and simple just what I like. Did I tell you that we started a salt water tank? I don't think I did but we've been talking about it for a while and we had an extra tank after we grew out the discus enough to put into the 125, so we went a head and set it up. So thats our new adventure Butch has been helping us a lot with it. It has been a lot of fun so far.

How big is the salt tank? THis is way cool! Would love to know what you are doing with it, want to email or PM me? I slimmed down my discus collection a bit and ended up with an empty 75g so I have dwarf Africans in there now and am really enjoying them. Additionally, my son Chris has a breeding colony of gorgeous orange flame bembes [Tropheus Mooriis] and when he strips the females the babies all come to me to grow out in a 40 breeder....it's been paying for a lot of the upkeep for the discus--we've had that going for over a year!
