What temp?

Hi all. I'm wondering how warm I can keep my tank at without harming the plants. I have various swords and I just added some red tiger lotus. I currently have my tank at 82.4 degrees F, but would rather keep it warmer for the Discus' sake, which should be my priority, of course.

I've run mine at 84 to 86 no probs.

i keep my adult discus at 82 without any problems so might not need to raise temp

I have Amazon swords, lotus, vallisneria, anubias, java fern, crypts, and pygmy chain swords.
The tank temp is 86 and the plants are all doing very well.
The java moss is not.

Thanks everyone! What determines when a discus is an adult? It's a silly question, but I've always wondered...

Age. At about 1 year old they would be considered an adult which is when they should be old enough to breed.
