[Help] What's this "worm" ...?

Today when I feed my fish, i found something in side my sand...

Hard to tell from that photo, could be any number of things. What do you feed your fish??
It looks a lot like a small version of this large flatworm I found in one of my tanks the other day.

have you ever fed CBW or Tubifex? It looks like a worm that escaped being eaten and lived for a while...........I feed CBW once a day and see these guys every once and a while if my loaches or Cory's don't dig em up.

That thought is what made me ask what he is feeding as i may well be an escapee, in my case it is clearly not a CBW.
