How quick discus grow?

I have some 3 inchers in a 75 gal. cube. There are 13 of them, with plenty of room. I have read about their growth is increased with constant water changes and diet. I am wondering when I'm going to need to move them into a bigger tank. How many years until they are considered an adult? Thanks for any input.

Females will mature at 12 to 14 months and males a little later. Discus will continue to add size as they age and they appear to go through "growth spurts".

13 in a 75g will require more WC than 7 or 8 would. Some would consider it overcrowding. Don T.
