How often do Discus Spawn?

A very simple question, which I couldnt find on the web-
How often will a discus pair spawn in a breeding tank (on average)?

If they do not take care of the eggs every 7-10 days...

most of my pairs are placed back into the community tank for at least a month after they take care of fry. after that, i put them back into their breeding tanks, and they usually go at it 4-8 days after.

My pair of egg-eaters have spawned, eaten the eggs and spawned again in a week.

but what if they are very aggressive to other discus? doesn't that harm the other fish?
