I bought 7 Flachen discus (1.5 to 2.25") That had clear poo. one died so I now have 6. The dealer told me abought it and I bought them very cheap so I have no complaint.
I have had them 4 weeks now. I just finished the second round of treatment. ( prazi and metro). I very seldom see them eat, even FBW but I have had them for 4 weeks and they are still active and colorfull so I assume they are eating something. They apear normal in all ways except there apetite. Water: amonia=0, Nitrites =0, nitrates= <5, ph=7.6. temp 85, 2 40% wc per week 55g tank. Normal feeding is 1st Flakes, 2nd FBW, 3rd color bits, 4th discus pellets. Any ideas to get them to eat better? I thought abought turning up the temp but didn't want to do untill clear poo was gone.
Thanks; Don T.
