what do you guys think?

i was told these are red spotted greens - what do you think about the colors, pattern and shape etc?
at 3" they are $35 a piece... any thoughts?
i think they look pretty decent, but i just wonder if they are more like scribbled discus as opposed to red spotted greens?

They look like decent fish...they are 9 bar so they are not LSS but may be leopards. Hard to tell if they are Red Spotted Greens, to me they look like domestics not wilds, so I doubt they are Red Spotted Greens.

The shape of them is not bad, and for $35 I think you did well, As to being RSG, it doesn’t appear that they are, at least not offspring of wild Red spotted greens, but they may be offspring of some type of spotted fish and the spots just haven’t come into color. Honestly not many fish breed true, so unless you are buying fish that show color early you can’t tell for sure what kind of fish you will get. You really need to take names of discus with a heavy dose of salt, because your results may (and likely will ) vary. They do look like nice fish.

they are 100% not your wild spotted greens. these are domesticated ones for sure :)
to me they seem kind of scribbled or what not, rather than actually spotted.
