RO Water?????????

Im new to the RO water setup!!! Can any one help me?????
I have a 3 stage RO Unit, my water pms out of the tap are as follows, my ph is 8 my gh is 320 and my kh is 140. I have a 100 litre water butt attached to my RO Unit and in there the ph is 7.6, but I thought RO water should have a ph of 7, because its a high ph I can not add tap water to my RO water to get my tds right as that leads my ph to become high again!!!!!

:confused: Hi is anybody any good with water chemistry out there I can't get my RO water right.
I put 25% tap water to 75% RO water which gives me the following water pms:- Ph7.9, Gh 100, Kh 50 ppm, I add an air stone and the ph rises to 9 I think everything else stays the same, I would idealy like my Ph at 7.2 and the other levels suitable for the fish. I tried all tap water %'s with my RO water, but have had no luck, I must need some thing else to get my pms right?!?!
Please can anybody help
