Well I am back after a number of months, I had been trying my hand on marine fish,actually it turned quite nice. But I want to go back to discus, so what size tank would be a good starter along with filtration.

i also would agree, if you have space. start off with 100+ if at all possible

I'd say a 4fter would be a good size tank.

A larger one is always better if the room permits, especially if you want too use it as a display tank.

I like the 90g tank for discus to get started with. Big enough for a school of 6 or so, and not so big that they are a ton of work. I use 2 aquaclear 110 filters on mine.
