Typical feeding schedule?

Hey,
I was wondering if someone could describe a normal feeding schedule for discus. I understand that you should feed young discus 4 or 5 times a day a day, but I don't know what is best. How much live food, how much pellet food, or how much flake food should be fed in one day.

A varied diet is best. I feed mine 4 to 5 times a day. Flake, granules, fbs,sbw and bh. All of the above daily.
