I have a ton in a herb pot i have. The soil that has been in there for months now was miracle grow W/ fert. Im going to move the worms but is it ok if i feed my discus some right away or are they poisoned lol:o

I'd wait and put them in a bin with filled shredded damp news papers Just to be safe.
