Seaweed

I have been told seaweed is good for Discus so I went out and purchased some this weekend... this is what i bought aat my local grocery store...

SUSHINORI roasted seaweed / under ingredients it only lists dried seaweed

Is this going to be ok for my Discus? Or do I have the wrong kind

how much of this and how small should I be cutting it up for 4" juvinile Discus?

My wife buys this for her own consumption. She says it is full of minerals. I might add some of this to the beef heart mix.
