Should I worry about it?

Sorry for not sending a more clear photo but that was the best I could come up with.

Since yesterday I noticed something funny in my discus tail. Its like there is a piece missing (cut off?). Not sure whether I should worry about it or not.

I underlined in red the tail part in the photo so that you can see it immediately.

For now, I'd just watch it... Sometimes you'll see that when theres been some fin nipping going on... Clean water and it should heal on its own...

If you see it getting worse...Then I would start getting concerned that its infected...though thats not common for something like this...

... A small area like that can also be topically treated with a q-tip using Hydrogen Peroxide or Iodine.... If I use this method, I would trim that area above the white edge first...though its not really needed..just what I would do here. For now though watch and wait is my advice.:)

Also adding melafix its natural and works wonders on things like this.HITH:)
