co2 and water parameters

Hi guys I was thinking in set a co2 unit to my planted tank but im not sure if it will affect water params and how to use it so I need ya help due that im thinking in buy ricia to put in on my driftwoods once I get rid of the hair algae like I said in the last thread ......thanks for ya advice and ya help I appreciated

co2 injection will affect your water params. The ph for one will go lower, not necessarily a bd thing imo. If there is enough buffering in your water then no probs. I would advise using it on a solenoid on a timer so it doesn't run at night. How much light do you have??
