How do you Prepare & Feed Baby BS to Fry & what day do you start feeding?

Looking for better techniques for early feeding and how to get them started on it faster.

thanks

prep......

add 1 teaspoon of bbs eggs to dechlor water
let the eggs soak for 1 hr
add salt (aquarium salt or non-iodized table salt)
add air so that the water is always moving
they should hatch in about 1.5 days

i forget the exact details of exactly how much salt, temperature of water, hatch time - so these details may not be right. but, it's about 5 or 6 tsp of salt for 1/2 gallon of water, temp about 80, and about 36 hours to hatch.

feeding....

stop the air and let the water calm
point a flashlight toward the bottom of the tank (the bbs will be attracted to the light)
(different methods here) - use a turkey baster and suck them into the baster
spray them gently where they fry will see them - i let them gently fall down over the parents and over the fry
restore the air supply to the bbs hatchery

i start feeding bbs around day 2 or 3 of freeswimming. bbs are only good for about a day or so, so you should run two hatcheries
