I have 2 adults and 5 juvies and one the adults is a big bully. Bully all the juvies all the time, chasing etc. Is this normal? Because the juvies always try to hide and turn dark sometimes. I do not want the juvies get too stressed and get sick.
what should i do?

Not much you can do, this is normal. You could separate the 5 but then the bully will bully the one. It's just the facts of life. It's best to keep groups around the same size.
At the moment I am getting away with 3 each 2" blue diamonds in my big tank and they are doing great. BDs seem more aggressive IME.
How big is your tank?

If there was no pecking order, I would assume the fish are unhealthy. There will always be a pecking order but it may never stay the same. The difference in growth helps. Some grow faster than others.
