Need help with sick fish

I have 2 fish that aren't eatting.

I want to treat them but not sure with what.

Symptoms they both aren't eatting and one of them has white poop. Only thing that I can notice is wrong. Colors are still good not dark. They also only stay on the left side of the tank staring at the glass.

The big one does sometimes chase others away but they just stay there staring at the glass.

Every great while I'll see them at a different part.

Water paramters are good.

pH 6.0
temp 84.6
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates less then 5

Also should i treat in a QT tank or the main tank. Problem is I have 1 bamboo shrimp so I know that limits how I can treat the main tank.

I am no expert when it comes to sick fish...but not eating and white poop will probally be best handled with some Metro...Bill

At 500mg per 10g and high heat, 92 degrees. ;) Oh and don't forget to keep the tank lights off.
