Discus size

First, let me preface this question with the statement that I know there are alot of variables here, but assuming healthy fish, regular water changes and a good diet, what size should discus be at 1 month of age?, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months etc.. At what age would they likely be sexually mature and ready to breed? thanx, Steve

This is my experience for large discus ( without tail ):

3 months minimum 5 cm
6 months minimum 9 cm
9 months minimum 12 cm
12 months minimum 14 cm
18 months minimum 18 cm...

1" = about 2,5 cm

By the way,...the sizes Discus Hans mentioned are TL. According to Hans the fish has a tail so that should include the measurement as well.
