Has anybody here done business with an internet pet supply company called Pet Mountain? They seem to have a good selection of supplies and good prices. I'd like to order from them, but I've never heard of them before today.

So nobody's used this place? Most of their prices beat Fosters and Smith and Big Al's, but I don't want to order from a place I've never heard of before.

I have used them in the past Terry and had no problem but always check stock and shipping charges when using s new vendor.

I have not order from them personally but I had a friend order some T5 lighting from them as it was like 10-20 bucks cheaper than the place I got mine. He got them in great condition and everything else. But you just got to watch things and make sure its not a rip off. Hope this helps.

Based on the feedback from this post, I went ahead and ordered some supplies from Pet Mountain on Monday night. They really ship fast - my order got here today! Good prices and fast service!

I purchased from here a few months ago because they had the best prices on the lights I wanted. Ordered other things, food, excel, and various other stuff. The bottle of excel came in damaged, leaking. I called and they immediatly sent out a new one, only asking that i put the bottle back in the box, and hand it off to UPS when they came by. Very curtious people.

I too got my order from Pet Mountain just yesterday and everything came in perfectly fine except for one bottle of medicine leaked a bit only because the bottle got so cold in the shipping process it expanded, but I'm sure it will be fine. It only leaked in the plastic bag in came in. I would order from them again without hesitation. Great prices!

I Love Pet Mountain, I buy almost all of my supplies from them. The prices are so good that I buy enough supplies for 6month and stock pile it.
